ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Physician's Free Dental Clinic is a walk-in clinic that addresses the dental care needs of the uninsured and underserved populations of Franklin County on Monday evenings, four times a month, at the Columbus Public Health Building.
In collaboration with the Columbus Dental Society, the Central Ohio Hospital Council, Columbus Neighborhood Health Centers, The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Columbus State Community College of Dental Hygiene, Affordable Dentures, and Columbus Public Health, we have developed a volunteer dental network providing a variety of charitable dental services. These services include, regular dental hygiene clinics provided by OSU and CSCC Dental Hygiene students, single tooth extractions to full dental extractions, cleanings, restorations including fillings, and free dentures for low income and uninsured residents in Franklin County.
